Delivery & Returns
All delivery times quoted are estimates only.
We employ the services of external carriers, including but not limited to:-
DPD for hand-held parcel deliveries
TPN (The Pallet Network) for pallet deliveries
Cargo 2 Go for dedicated same-day deliveries (price on application)
Where possible, we aim to deliver goods purchased through our e-commerce platform within 24/48 hours.
Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days of acceptance of order. If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time, you may cancel your order (by informing us in writing). However, you may not cancel if we receive your notice after the goods have been despatched.
Where a specific delivery date has been agreed and cannot be met, we will notify you and you will be given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in the order details.
Pallet deliveries are facilitated on a vehicle with a tail-lift unless otherwise specified. The vehicle driver will deliver the pallet (on a pallet truck) to kerbside/ground floor level.
Please advise of any delivery access restrictions or special instructions when placing your order.

RETURNS - Goods ordered in error
Goods ordered in error may be returned up to 14 days from date of delivery.
Please contact us by email to obtain a returns number, which must be clearly shown on the package being returned.
Responsibility for returning the goods to us is with the purchaser.
All goods returned must be in a condition suitable for re-stocking and retailing as new and be returned within 7 days of notification of intention to return.
A 25% Handling and Re-stocking Charge (HRC) will be deducted from the refund.
Initial order delivery charges are non-refundable.
Goods returned in a condition not fit for re-stocking and re-sale as new will not qualify for a refund. You will be given a period of 7 days to collect the goods, after which they will be disposed of.
Bespoke and manufactured-to-order items are non-returnable.
Takett/Desso Carpet Tiles are a non-stock item; although returnable, these products attract additional charges and fees which are calculated on a specific order basis.
RETURNS - Damaged/Faulty Goods
Please check all goods carefully on receipt and notify us immediately if they are damaged. Mark the carrier's delivery notes as "Damaged" to enable us to despatch replacement materials.
Please note that signed acceptance of delivery transfers ownership of the goods to the customer.
Should the goods be found to be faulty, please inform us immediately and replacement items will be despatched.
